UMFYR is an instrumental music collaboration of Arne Maiwald (Piano), Ivan Paisrt (bass), Robert Czernik (guitar) and Udo Bornemann (drums). First gathered in 2016 the members embrace their musical preferences and experiences they have collected in bands like Postmodern Orchestra, Robert and the Roboters, Mandau Quartett or Egyptian Gay Lovers in the last years. The sound of UMFYR is tickled by jazz, pop, easy listening, movies and much more varied musical motions of the northern hemisphere.
